Our go-to sushi spot! My 7 yr old looks forward to ordering almost weekly. Staff is always super friendly as well.

Pickup was fabulous, like always, fresh and fast. Staff were efficient and courteous, defiantly our go to Lasalle sushi place.

I am perturbed and exasperated with koi!
This is the second time I had placed an order by phone for $100.00 (not including the tip) and told not only my total but that I cannot pay over the phone, and my order will be ready in 20mins.
20mins later I arrive at koi to pay / pick up my order; only to be told “I’m sorry there is no order under my name”.
To have this happen Once I can understand. Everyone is wrking hard and things happen but this is twice and unacceptable!!
Perhaps the servers and or managers should be retrained on proper phone etiquette PLUS the proper way to take and place a food order- if this happened to me twice, how many more costumers has/will this happen to??
Koi is not the only sushi place in Lasalle and it will take a lot for me to ever spend another dime at this location!!
Nor will I recommend this establishment to others.

Great food as always, they only gave us two small containers of house sauce for three large rolls of sushi which was kind of disappointing.

The staff was also very kind.
When I needed to go back to home the taxi was late so one guy of the staff bring me and my friends at home. Was very very kind. I will go to Koi sushi again because was a very good experience!
